Are all of Mi-Art products on the website?
Please note: most of the products advertised will be available in our Mi-Art store. Please call our store to check individual product requirement availabilities.
How can I find out whether Mi-Art stocks the product I am looking for?
Mi-Art has an extensive product range. If you are looking for a particular product or brand, we recommend you browse through our products section on the website or alternatively contact us directly.
If we don’t stock the product you are after we may be able to order the product in for you, just enquire with our friendly store staff.
Who can help me with a particular product query?
Your Mi-Art store will be happy to help you with product information. Our staff members generally have excellent product knowledge since many are also practising artists or crafters themselves.
What are the delivery options for my order?
We use Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Express services
Standard & Express parcels through eParcel:
In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Australia Post Retail outlet.
Bulky items through Star Track:
In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Star Track depot.

Do you offer custom framing services?
Yes we can frame anything you need from original art to photographs, certificates and awards or needlework and tapestries. We have a range of quality frames to suit your budget.
